About

whiterosemoxie may have just finished high school on the westside of Detroit, but the 18year-old’s music is starting to resonate with kids around the world. He’s racked up more 4 million plays, been covered by Pigeons & Planes, Lyrical Lemonade, Earmilk, DJ Booth, Billboard, and more, and played sold out shows with Lil Tjay and GASHI. Until recently, he made all his music alone in his basement pulling beats offline, so it’s not surprising that his lyrics are vulnerable and introspective. His melodic sensibility and raw energy echoes giants like Travis Scott and the late Juice WRLD. whiterosemoxie’s debut full-length studio project “whiteceilings” has only been out for three months but it’s already garnered him the eyes of theindustry with over 2 million streams, as well as public support from the likes of MTV, Spotify, Soundcloud, and more. On “white ceilings” Moxie paints a picture of the life his friends have lived during high school. The white ceilings they see everyday hanging out in basements become Moxie’s metaphor for removing the ceilings people try to put on his limitless potential.
