Filling dancefloors with his slap-happy Bay bangers, Skipper is the slickest lyricist in the HBK Gang. Counting cash in a smoky room, Skipper shows off his charisma in the video for “F.U.P.M.” Rocking his version of the “Jumpman” flow, Skipper lays down the law, demanding payment from those who owe him, and flexing his considerable wealth: “Plotting on some property, I need some acres/If you in my way, then you can meet your maker.” Premiered by HipHopDX, “F.U.P.M.” is the latest video from Prezidential, Skipper’s recent album and the latest volume in his Skip4Prez series, following the AKAFrank-featuring “Nah” and the Dirty-Glove Bastard-premiered “Realest in the Building.”
Charismatically celebrating the good life, Skipper is one of the original members of the HBK Gang, tearing up regional clubs and radio stations and teaming up with IAMSU and former HBK member LoveRance for the inescapable club hit “Up,” which reached #2 on the Billboard Hip-Hop and R&B charts. Skipper has been an integral part of many other HBK hits, including “Never Goin’ Broke” and “Swaggin,” which reached the Billboard Hot 200.
