Spitting frank street tales about his troubled past, San Francisco rapper Prezi’s story is one of personal redemption. Reflecting on the day-to-day pressure of avoiding legal troubles and providing for his family, Prezi shows off his star power in “Game Time.” Rocking a pair of Beats headphones at his local gym, Prezi demonstrates considerable ability on the hardwood, nailing jumpers as he speaks on his life story: “Sticky situations, I’m a product of that/Ya headin’ up dope feuds, am I a product of crack?/To the rack, Mike Jordan from the baseline/But I just need one shot when it’s game time.” Premiered by L.A. Born and raised in the Hunter’s Point neighborhood of San Francisco, Prezi raised his profile to regional stardom in 2017.
