Roots reggae/dub band Stick Figure have another summer smash on their hands with the Slightly Stoopid-assisted single “Choice is Yours.” The band led by singer/producer Scott Woodruff are currently on tour, and “Choice is Yours” will be in high demand as the breezy, up-lifting track bounces with jubilance and feelings of euphoria remain through the song’s closing guitar solo. The free-willing reggae dub jam accentuates the multi-instrumentalist skills of both Woodruff and Slightly Stoopid’s Kyle McDonald, in addition to flawlessly intertwining vocal tracks from the two artists.
“Choice is Yours” follows Stick Figures 2014 summer anthem “Smokin’ Love,” which featured Collie Buddz and is currently over 1.5M plays on SoundCloud. Stick Figure’s music is a “matchless union of perfectionism, and rhythm,” said Pier Magazine. “Choice Is Yours” is from Stick Figure’s upcoming sixth studio album. Woodruff, the band’s primary songwriter and producer, has been branding his own style of roots reggae since the release of his first album, The Sound of My Addiction, back in 2006.
