The Album:

A prolific party-starter with deep roots in the Bay Area, Richmond rapper Skipper is one of his hometown scene’s unsung heroes. After two years focused on family and personal matters, including an ill step-father, Skipper is emerging with Prezidential, the latest volume in his Skip4Prez series.
