With his finger on the bass-thumping pulse of the Memphis music scene, Jay Fizzle delivers scorching street raps as he strives to succeed on his own terms. Focused on his fortune as he ducks the vanity of fame, Fizzle shares the new video for “YBR.” A standout from his recent project, F*CK BEING FAMOUS, the track finds Fizzle giving himself all the accolades he could need as he recounts the hustle that fueled his rise.

The video for “YBR” finds Fizzle in the Big Apple, wreaking havoc as he traverses the city in, and occasionally on top of, a big black SUV. Whether he’s stopping for a bite at high-end restaurants, scaling rooftops in his black Timbs like the Miles Morales of Memphis, or flexing the latest fashion in the city streets, Jay Fizzle is the epitome of young, Black, and rich.

“YBR” arrives following cuts like “F*ck Being Famous,” “Built For This,” and the SNUPE BANDZ-featuring “Good Fellas,” as the latest videos from F*CK BEING FAMOUS. The new collection of unapologetically raw rhymes rolls out the carpet for a series of guests, both familiar and unfamiliar. Fizzle proves to have excellent chemistry with L.A. legend 03 Greedo on the ultra-funky “Still The Same,” as the two bond over their enduring love for the color purple, and he goes toe-to-toe with Chicago rapper Kash Mirr on the steely “Blackout.” Home to the recent video single “Dickie Set” (477k views), F*CK BEING FAMOUS looks to continue the momentum from DonaFizzo, Fizzle’s 2022 tape, and keeps his run going as Paper Route Empire’s longest-tenured signee.
