With an inimitable vocal style and a wicked sense of humor, Lil GotIt is coming for the ATL rap crown. Recruiting a superstar to remix one of the highlights from his early 2019 mixtape, GotIt shares the video for “Da Real HoodBabies” (Remix), directed by All The Smoke. Teaming up with a fellow “Hood Baby,” namely Lil Baby, GotIt retreats to an all-white soundstage with GotIt’s biological brother Lil Keed, a group of models, a troupe of puppies, an impossibly fresh toddler, and a pet snake.

Showing off his unique dance moves in front of his all-white Lambo, GotIt’s displays a charisma to rival his famous friend, carrying the clip with his off-kilter energy. Following up an animated video for the same remix, released earlier this year, “Da Real Hoodbabies” is a highlight from GotIt’s early 2019 mixtape Crazy But It’s True.

Last week, GotIt shocked the world by dropping his The Real GOAT mixtape, praised by The FADER and Passion of the Weiss. The new remix video follows up the fresh-to-death video for “Drip On,” directed by Lil GotIt himself. “Drip On” and “Da Real HoodBabies” (Remix) are the latest in a line of excellent videos, following the clip for the Lil Keed co-starring “Pop My Shit” (Remix), and the Jetson Made-produced “Oh Ok.” Catch Lil GotIt opening for Lil Keed in Los Angeles on September 13th at The Novo.
