With his gravelly bellow and take-no-prisoners attitude, DUSTY LOCANE haunts the dreams of opps everywhere. Playing the role of horror movie villain alongside his 95MM associate 3Kizzy, DUSTY shares “JIGSAW,” his new music video. A creeping drill anthem with haunting vocal samples and sliding 808s, “JIGSAW” finds the two rappers rhyming from the perspective of the titular Saw franchise, aggressively warning steppers that they’ll be punished for their transgressions: “Jigsaw, can’t solve the riddle and you get picked off.” In the video, directed by NYC drill scene auteur Nimi Hendrix, DUSTY and 3Kizzy go bump in the night, proving through illicit actions that they should not be trifled with. “JIGSAW” is the latest music video from NIGHTMARE ON DA FIFTH, a sinister project that dropped on Halloween.

Relishing its horror film theme, DUSTY’s NIGHTMARE ON DA FIFTH continues to cement the Canarsie native’s chokehold on the Brooklyn drill scene, while also taking the time to showcase the talents of DUSTY’s 95MM crew, including 3Kizzy, Kajun Waters, SFIV5, Stelly Hundo, and OMB Jay Dee. Home to highlights like “PRESSURE” and “FLU GANG,” and the buzzing single “ROLANDO 2 (Catch The Rain)” (1.1 million views in 2 weeks), NIGHTMARE ON DA FIFTH is available everywhere via EMPIRE.

DUSTY LOCANE has continued to flood the streets in the weeks since NIGHTMARE‘s release. In December, he released CATCH DA FLU, a ferocious EP, home to soul-baring tracks like “TRIALS & TRIBULATIONS” and “MY WAY.” Just last week, DUSTY teamed with Kajun Waters for the ice cold -95 DEGREES EP, home to melodic highlights like “CHEVELLE” and “SEARCHING.”

Though he’s stepping away from the game for a while, DUSTY doesn’t see his situation as a setback–he’ll be back soon enough, focused and stronger than ever, as he continues his mission to elevate to A-List status.
