Along with Millionaire Mindset, MoneyMarr shares the video for “Clase Azul,” one of the album’s highlights. Blessed with a mariachi-inflected beat from producer trio Bankroll Got It (who produced Mulatto’s Billboard Hot 100-charting “B*tch From Da Souf”), “Clase Azul” is a deliriously fun party anthem, as Marr unleashes a relentless barrage of raw witticisms: “Rocks in the closet, they stackin’ like pancakes/I make 100 times more than your man makes.” In the video, directed by frequent collaborator `, Marr gives a glimpse into his high-flying lifestyle, as he messes with models in a penthouse, sets Donkey Kong records at the arcade, and takes his Ferrari through the streets of NYC.
Just 18-years-old, MoneyMarr is already one of the most notable names in a burgeoning DMV rap scene with five mixtapes under his belt. He drew attention with his 2018 tape Youngest Trappest, and especially its opening track “Whip Out The Stick,” which has over 2 million Spotify streams and 3.4 million YouTube views. The Southeast DC rapper has toured with G Herbo and has frequently sold out clubs as a headlining artist (including NY’s S.O.B.’s).
