The follow-up to 2018’sĀ Tripolar, which featured Ann Marie’s breakout hitĀ “Handle It” (over 10 million Apple Music streams),Ā Tripolar 2Ā is a versatile set of nine sharply crafted R&B cuts, brimming with personality, ranging from glistening empowerment jams likeĀ “Bag,”Ā to the radio-ready slow jam “Have You,” to the heart-rending balladĀ “Pull Up,” to the piano-laden ode to loyalty “Ride For Me.” Featuring appearances fromĀ Yung Bleu,Ā YK Osiris, andĀ Calboy,Ā Tripolar 2Ā arrives onĀ January 9th.

To accompany the announcement of the album, Ann Marie shares the video forĀ “Secret,” the project’s lead single. With over 250kĀ SpotifyĀ streams since its release on December 26th, “Secret” is a seductive, feather-light R&B jam, which shows off Ann Marie’s honeyed higher register. The new video returns Ann Marie to the halls of her high school, sneaking around the halls with her down-low beau, played by featured artistĀ YK Osiris, as the rest of the school dances in the hallways.
