MP3: Quiñ ” Resurrection”
Dreamy Electronic-pop Singer Channels Big Airy Sound for Debut Single About Rising From the Ashes
Critical Praise for Quiñ:
“If you haven’t heard of Quiñ, you are seriously missing out. This absolute bombshell is talented beyond belief – GaloreMag
“The golden girl Quiñ is definitely cooking up some good music for us & we’re looking forward to it all.” – TOAN Magazine
“Quiñ is the perfect blend of unique style with those Lana Del Rey type vibes…perfect for Coachella. So as you’re driving out to the desert this weekend turn up this jam.” – KISS FM
Flirting with pop, electro, and RnB is newcomer Quiñ, a singer from Los Angeles, poised to turn heads with her effortless style of electro-pop. Filling the room her sun-drenched vocals, Quiñ soars over Rich Skillz‘ hazy production. Atop a stack of dream-sequenced synths, she sings “Last thing I felt was the sunset / the last thing I saw was the dawn in the your eyes / last thing I said was “I got that / and I will be back for you, wait until I rise.”
Described as having a mix of Erykah Badu and FKA Twig vibes, Quiñ’s songwriting centers on aspiring to an elevated sense of purpose. Says Quiñ, “‘Resurrection‘ is the story of me ascending into my Phoenix. It’s the end of my nine lives; the rebirth of me as my highest self. I wrote this for all of us who are here to save the world through our gifts and lessons learned from our own journeys.” Quiñ is managed by songwriter/rapper Bobby Brackins and is working to release her first project, Nine Lives, soon.
