Under the leadership of mastermindĀ Pi’erre Bourne,Ā SossHouseĀ has grown into one of hip-hop’s most exciting young labels. Today, three of the label’s hottest talents,Ā Chavo,Ā Sharc, andĀ Jelly, announce they will perform onĀ “The Hardest Out Tour” this May. A blistering 4-date showcase of SossHouse’s singular style, “The Hardest Out Tour” kicks off inĀ HoustonĀ onĀ May 24th, continues inĀ New York (May 25th)Ā andĀ Atlanta (May 27th)Ā before finishing up inĀ Los AngelesĀ onĀ May 28th. Tickets for “The Hardest Out Tour” are available onĀ DATEĀ atĀ MoveForwardMusic.com
ChavoāsĀ rap ambitions date back to his early childhood, when he landed a deal with Interscope at the age of nine under the name Ray Ray, as part of a trio with his cousin James and Baby Bun, Big Punās son. Around 2014, Chavo was introduced to Piāerre through his cousin, YSL artist Strick, planting the seeds for his recruitment as one of the first SossHouse signees years later. Chavo earned internet attention when he released his hit āMichiganā in 2021, generating over 31k TikTok creations, racking up millions of streams across platforms, and inspiring aĀ remixĀ featuringĀ Babyface Ray. Later that year, Chavo teamed with Piāerre Bourne for his acclaimed mixtape,Ā Chavoās World 2. Most recently, Chavo teamed withĀ A$AP AntĀ andĀ GTĀ forĀ “Wasabi,” and shined on his own with the romanticĀ “Call On Me”Ā video.
A friend of Pi’erre Bourne’s from their native South Carolina,Ā SharcĀ made an impact with his 2021 full-length debut,Ā 47 Meters Down, entirely produced by Piāerre.Ā “Drunk N Nasty,” a collaboration between Sharc and Pi’erre Bourne from the latter’s 2021 albumĀ The Life of Pi’erre 5, recently earned aĀ GOLD certification from the RIAA. In 2023, Sharc shared the fiery singleĀ “1 Of 1”Ā and recruited Pi’erre andĀ Frazier TrillĀ forĀ “Poland (Remix),”Ā a version of Lil Yachty’s viral hit with a video filmed in the titular country.
Another South Carolinian,Ā JellyĀ made waves last year with his albumĀ The Wolf of Peachtree 2, entirely produced by Pi’erre.Ā The Wolf of Peachtree 2Ā refines Jellyās cinematic style over Piāerreās genre-bending instrumentals and jaw-dropping transitions. The followup to 2020āsĀ The Wolf of PeachtreeĀ sees Jelly delivering his most combative cadences yet on unrelenting cuts like āMotionā and theĀ Juicy J-assisted single, āBubble Gum,ā which sees the South Carolina native channeling the immutable flows of Memphisā underground with stunning efficacy.
Stay tuned for much more from Chavo, Sharc, Jelly, and the rest of SossHouse as they prepare to take over in 2023.
