The biggest rap group in the burgeoning Detroit rap scene, BandGang brings a voracious and contagious energy to every track. Showcasing the charismatic rhyming skills of crew members BandGang Lonnie Bands and BandGang Paid Will, the group shares “Narcotics 2,” a bouncily menacing new single. A ferocious follow-up to Lonnie Bands’ single “Narcotics,” which shares a similar hook but a much lower energy-level, “Narcotics 2” finds the whole BandGang living up to their name, counting fat stacks and spending them on strippers. Featured on WorldStarHipHop, “Narcotics 2” is the first glimpse at BandGang’s upcoming 30-track epic of a mixtape, due early in August.

The Background

BandGang Is a group of six rappers, BandGang Lonnie Bands, BandGang Masoe, BandGang Biggs, BandGang PaidWill, BandGang AJ, and BandGang Javar, based out of Detroit, MI. Each rapper has their own style, delivery, but they all bring a collective of mass appeal. BandGang broke onto the scene in late 2013 with their street hit “BandGang or No Gang”. Since then, BandGang has released several street hits such as, “Out My Business,” “On a Safe,” “Flip work,” and “Outro.” BandGang earned the nickname “YouTube Kings” for their success, having several videos with over a million views. Bandgang is on their way to making underground history in Detroit’s hip-hop culture.
