For over five years, Baja Beach Fest has brought the best and brightest in Latin Music and Reggaeton to the charming beachside town of Rosarito Beach, MX for a celebratory bash. Today, Baja Beach Fest announces that it will return to Rosarito in 2024, offering another unforgettable weekend filled with great music and even better vibes. With a lineup to be announced very soon, Baja Beach Fest 2024 takes place from August 9th-11th, 2024 in Rosarito Beach. This year’s festival will be a worthy follow-up to the 2023 edition, which was Baja Beach Fest’s Fifth Anniversary celebration. BBF 2023 collected some of the most exciting artists in music today, including headliners Don Omar, Ozuna, Feid, Wisin.Y Yandel, Tego Calderon, and Nicky Jam, and an all-star undercard featuring Arcangel, Becky G, Young Miko, El Alfa, and many more. For the first time, Baja Beach Fest presented DJ performances on the Delay Tower from Latin sound architects like Tainy and Sky Rompiendo. Baja Beach Fest 2023 ended on a high note, with a new tradition, the “Special Sunday Set,” this time performed by Tijuana’s own superstar banda Grupo Firme. Baja Beach Fest is known for its beautiful beachside location, in the heart of Rosarito Beach in Baja California on the Pacific Coast. During the festival, the town comes alive with merchants, surfing, ATV riding, horseback riding, and other beach activities, street food, and more, creating a party atmosphere that extends for blocks in either direction. Whether it’s the music or the ocean breeze, vibes are immaculate all weekend long, creating an atmosphere that embodies the festival’s slogan: “Menos hate, Más perreo.”
Founded by Chris Den Uijl and Aaron Ampudia of La Familia Presenta in 2018, Baja Beach Fest is an institution in the global music industry, bringing headliners that have included Bad Bunny, Karol G, Daddy Yankee, and J Balvin. In 2022, La Familia Presenta branched out, founding the Sueños Festival in Chicago, in partnership with C3/Lollapalooza, as well as partnering with Ocesa to host Coca-Cola Flow Fest festivals in Mexico City and Monterrey. Beyond these festivals, La Familia Presenta booked Wisin Y Yandel for a sold out show at Mexico City’s Foro Sol Stadium, as part of the star duo’s “La Ultima Misión” tour. La Familia Presenta’s run of high-profile shows continued with Rauw Alejandro’s concert at Caliente Stadium in Tijuana.
