Baja Beach Fest brings music lovers from all over the world to Rosarito Beach, MX to celebrate Latin Music’s rich history and diverse community of artists and fans in a picturesque oceanside location. This year, the festival commemorates its Fifth Anniversary with a weekend for the books, featuring performances from iconic acts from all eras and many Latin genres.
Revealed today, the Baja Beach Fest 2023 lineup boasts an enviable group of headliners, including first wave reggaeton legends Wisin Y Yandel, Don Omar, and Tego Calderon, and modern superstars like Feid, headlining Baja Beach Fest for the first time, Ozuna, and Nicky Jam. Starting a new tradition, Baja Beach Fest presents a “special Sunday set,” performed this year by Grupo Firme, one of the most beloved and vital acts in regional Mexican music. With passes available now, Baja Beach Fest returns to Rosarito on August 11-13, 2023.

The Fifth Anniversary edition of Baja Beach Fest has the makings of an unforgettable event. Wisin Y Yandel return to Baja Beach Fest for the final time together, headlining the festival as part of their “La Última Mísion” farewell tour. Tego Calderon’s performance at Baja Beach Fest will be one of only two performances in Mexico by the legendary reggaetonero this year, as part of his “La Última Receta” tour.
Beyond the headliners, Baja Beach Fest 2023 boasts an impressive lineup, with over 50% of the lineup’s artists playing BBF for the first time ever. Among the most notable new names includes ascendant superstar Eladio Carrión, Ivy Queen, the pioneering “Queen of Reggaeton,” and first wave of reggaeton veterans Alexis Y Fido. The 2023 lineup also welcomes returning stars like heavy-hitting hitmaker Arcangel, Mexican-American pop star Becky G, the one and only El Alfa “El Jefe,” Dominican dembow doña Tokischa, rising reggaetonero Ryan Castro, and more.
Baja Beach Fest is known for its beautiful beachside location, in the heart of Rosarito Beach in Baja California on the Pacific Coast. During festival weekend, the town comes alive with merchants, surfing and other beach activities, street food, and more, creating a party atmosphere that extends for blocks in either direction. Whether it’s the music or the ocean breeze, vibes are immaculate all weekend long, creating an atmosphere that embodies the festival’s slogan: “Menos hate, Más perreo.”
Founded by Chris Den Uijl and Aaron Ampudia of La Familia Presenta in 2018, Baja Beach Fest is an institution in the global music industry, bringing headliners that have included Bad Bunny, Karol G, Daddy Yankee, and J Balvin. In 2022, La Familia Presenta branched out, founding the brand new Sueños Festival in Chicago, in partnership with C3/Lollapalooza, as well as partnering with Ocesato host Coca-Cola Flow Fest festivals in Mexico City and Monterrey. Beyond these festivals, La Familia Presenta recently booked Wisin Y Yandel for a sold out show at Mexico City’s Foro Sol Stadium, as part of the star duo’s “La Ultima Misión” tour, which announces its remaining Mexico dates in April. La Familia Presenta’s run of high-profile shows continues with Rauw Alejandro at Caliente Stadium in Tijuana in June.
