LUCKI Announces Last Laugh Archive Tape for October 16th, Following a Breakout 2026

LUCKI’s Second Full-Length of 2026 Follows the Billboard Top 10-Charting Dr*gs R Bad and the Sold-Out “Bad* Influence Tour”

The Chicago Rap Hero Prepares a Treat For His Longtime Fans, Mixing Never-Before-Heard Songs with Beloved Leaks and Snippets, Including “60mgs” and “What It is,” Hitting Streaming for the First Time

Critical Praise:

“…a mesmerizing, unremittingly morose testament to Lucki’s own sneaky, sing-song catchiness. He’s been perfecting his wounded and woozy rap for almost a decade, and the result is so irresistible you might find yourself accidentally groaning.” – Pitchfork on FLAWLESS LIKE ME

“Lucki has been applying the truths of this life to his music for the better part of a decade.” – Complex

“Lucki has been building his resume for years, crafting understated, infectious tracks that have shades of fellow Chicagoans like Chief Keef and Supa Bwe, but a swagger and sensibility that is all his own.” – Pigeons & Planes

“Lucki’s music can feel like you’re about to be submerged in a swamp or like you’re about to fall asleep behind the wheel of the Lamborghini from Suicide Squad“ – The FADER

‘On this blessed day, we also get Days B4 III, the new full-length from Lucki, the muttering young cult-rap icon whose self-destructive lyrics have the power to punch you in your soul.” – Stereogum

The Announcement:

Since beginning his career at 16-years-old under the name Lucki Eck$, first drawing attention with 2013’s Alternative Trap mixtape, LUCKI has evolved from an underground hero into one of the game’s secret superstars. He has cultivated one of rap music’s most loyal fanbases, conquering charts and selling out shows without ever compromising his sound to appeal to the mainstream. In the past year alone, LUCKI has racked up 7 GOLD certifications and 2 PLATINUM plaques, scored a Top 10 album on Billboard, and sold out a nationwide tour.

The Chicago native’s rise has been fueled by a rabid fanbase, who chronicle every snippet and loosie that he drops, collecting them in playlists and sometimes playing them more than his officially-released songs. LUCKI is giving his superfans a treat with Last Laugh, his next album, releasing on October 16th.

Last Laugh is a collection of archive songs, famous snippets, and leaked demos, some familiar to superfans, and some never-before-heard, even by LUCKI completists. The new album gives these songs, which derive from sessions spanning the last ten years, a proper home, painting a picture of LUCKI’s creative process and illustrating his vast songwriting talent. Songs officially available for the first time on Last Laugh include “Overseas,” “60mgs,” “What It Is,” and many more to be revealed. The album features artwork by Kodone, paying tribute to LUCKI’s artistic evolution over the past 13 years with visual representations of each of the artist’s eras.

Last Laugh is the culmination of a massive year for LUCKI, which kicked off in May when he released his highly-anticipated album Dr*gs R Bad. With production from regular collaborators like Brent Rambo and Bhristo, and appearances from high-wattage guests like Lil Baby, Veeze, Lil Yachty, and Rylo Rodriguez, Dr*gs R Bad welcomes listeners into his warped world, each highlight, including Pitchfork-approved effort “Stupid Prizes,” exploring a different corner of LUCKI’s bleakly hedonistic worldview.

Despite stiff competition from 3 Drake albums, the album landed the biggest opening week of his career to date, notching a #9 debut on the Billboard 200 with 51,000 units and 48.39 million on-demand official streams, the best streaming week of his career. LUCKI was the 10th-most streamed artist on Spotify during the album’s debut weekend, ranking ahead of behemoths like The Weeknd and Kanye West, and reached #4 on Apple Music’s All-Genre Albums chart. Beyond streaming, LUCKI racked up over 6,000 album sales, placing at #13 on Billboard’s Top Album Sales Chart.

Over the summer, LUCKI rocked the “Bad* Influence Tour,” criss-crossing the country for 28 dates, selling out nearly every date at venues that ranged from 2500-5000 capacity. Featuring support from rising rapper Sk8star, the fast-selling “Bad* Influence Tour” was a remarkable achievement in an era when many artists struggle to keep their tours afloat.

With Last Laugh soon, Dr*gs R Bad in the rearview, and billions of streams in the back, LUCKI hopes to shape the mainstream in his image. Keep an eye on LUCKI as he continues to elevate.
