The Announcement:

Trippie Redd made a major splash last week when he released NDA, his first new full-length since 2023. The 25-track opus is full of highlights, including “MTV,” a hard-hitting collaboration with New Orleans native Rob49. “MTV” is a high-octane banger with tolling bells and screeching synths, providing the perfect backdrop for both rappers to drop disrespectful flexes: “All designer shoes, we can’t do that cheap sh*t/Up this .42, I just damn peeped sh*t/I’m the one and you the two, you a damn weak b*tch,” spits Trippie. In the video, Trip and Rob wild out in front of a Waffle House, bringing out their foreign cars and flashing their 1000-watt chains.

After building anticipation with experimental singles and mysterious social media messages, Trippie Redd delivered a treat for his fans with NDA. The 27-year-old superstar’s latest opus spans 25 tracks, with speaker-obliterating production that emphasizes his soaring vocal melodies and assistance from an all-star lineup of fellow rap stars. Michael Lamar White IV, better known as Trippie Redd, is a rapper from Canton, Ohio. Trippie Redd has achieved significant certification milestones, including a diamond RIAA certification for “Fuck Love,” 4x platinum for “Dark Knight Dummo,” and 3x platinum for both “Taking A Walk” and “1400 / 999 Freestyle.” To date, he has amassed 16.9 billion global streams and 12.8 billion US streams, cementing his place as a key figure in modern rap.

After releasing early mixtapes like Beast Mode and Awakening My Inner Beast, he gained widespread attention with 2017’s A Love Letter to You, which reached the Top 100 of the Billboard 200. As his fame grew, Trippie relocated from Ohio to Miami.
