Kee Nola Continues to Connect Alt-Rock and Hip-Hop With New Single “Can’t Get Enough

Influenced by Future and Nirvana, Among Others, the Rapidly Rising New Orleans Native Keeps the Momentum Going from His 2025 Tape, PARTYLAND, Home to the Viral Single “Party Girl” (21+ Million Streams)

Critical Praise:

“Kee Nola is a hip-hop artist hailing from Louisiana who landed on the map with songs like ‘Party Girl’ and ‘Demon Girl,'” – Noisey

“…moody melodies and immersive beats enhance the emotional depth of the lyrics.” – Hot 97

The Song:

A genre-omnivorous musical obsessive who produces, plays music, sings, and raps, Kee Nola is the real deal. The New Orleans-born artist continues to toe the line between hip-hop and alt-rock with “Can’t Get Enough,” his new single. Blending the chugging guitars and sinister atmosphere of nu-metal and grunge with the soaring melodies of ’10s SoundCloud rap, “Can’t Get Enough” is a sneering screed aimed at his haters, whose negativity fuels his desire to go even further to prove them wrong: “I can’t get enough, get enough, get enough, get enough, it’s like dope,” he intones. Along with the recent emo-trap single “Problematic,” “Can’t Get Enough” will appear on Kee Nola’s next EP, coming this summer via EUROVZN / NEWWRLD.

Kee Nola is breaking out in a big way this year, on the heels of the viral “Party Girl.” Released early this year, “Party Girl” has become one of the year’s most exciting underground hits, generating over 21 million streams to date, including 3 million on its YouTube video. “Party Girl” can be found on PARTYLAND, his latest mixtape, in April, along with other buzzing singles like “NEXT BESTFRIEND” and “Late To The Party.” Spanning 11 tracks, the mixtape is a collection of anthems for parties and the moments that come after, dripping with regret and heartbreak, yet radiating a defiant will to power through life’s hardships.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Kee Nola is a musical omnivore, inhaling music of all genres and incorporating them into his sound. He grew up playing music, becoming skilled with the piano, guitar, and drums, before learning how to produce beats on his own. Kee is equally inspired by the musical styles of 90s rock–he is a particular fan of Nirvana and Kurt Cobain–and ’10s SoundCloud rap, combining them into his own intoxicating style. Last month, Kee stopped by On The Radar, backed by a live band, to perform a cover of Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit,” earning praise from Noisey and others. Most recently, Kee shared the music video for “Problematic,” an action-packed short film inspired by Blade, the Wesley Snipes-starring 1995 classic.

With PARTYLAND out now via EUROVZN / NEWWRLD, and a new, alt rock-leaning EP on the way, Kee Nola is preparing to hit the mainstream. Stay tuned for much more from Kee Nola very soon.
