The Video:

With a legion of fans in Florida and online, plus critical acclaim from the likes of The New York Times and Billboard1900Rugrat is only scratching the surface of his potential. The Palm Beach, FL rapper continues to enjoy the spoils of his success on “Never Dat,” his new music video. Produced by Akachi, a close collaborator of 19’s hero Chief Keef, along with co-producers Lukovic & ProdKyle, “Never Dat” serves up space-age synths for 19 to toe-tag with his raspy, malleable punchlines: “Ratchet b*tch, she playin’ with my clothes and my cologne/The Glock, watch, and the Maybach two-tone/Black and white diamonds, boy, my watch bi-racial/Two-tone Glock, same color newspaper/Every time I drop a song, b*tch, I got a new hater,” he announces. In the video, 19 posts up in the sneaker shop, buying up the store’s finest items before heading to the club to celebrate.

Following the video for “Cheat Codes” ft. BossMan Dlow, “Never Dat” is the latest clip from Porch 2 The Pent, 19’s debut mixtape, culminating the rapper’s rise from the trenches to the top floor.  Inspired by the high-octane street music he grew up on, Porch 2 The Pent is packed with stadium-sized trap instrumentals, perfectly-suited to 19’s outsized personality, many of which produced by Chief Keef collaborator Akachi. Other songs, like the recent single “Auntie Ain’t Playin'” ft. Skrilla and the viral “One Take Freestyle,” warp familiar samples into blown-out bangers, unfurling a canvas for 19 to apply his frayed drawl. Porch 2 The Pent has generated over 100 million streams across platforms. With additional guest spots from Lil Yachty and RickfrmdacreekPorch 2 The Pent is available now on all platforms via Remain Solid / 300 Entertainment.

Porch 2 The Pent continues 1900Rugrat’s run as one of 2025’s most exciting new rap stars. His career reached a new level last summer, when he released he “U.O.E.N.O.”-flipping “One Take Freestyle.” Propelled by 19’s snarling delivery, quotable bars, and an electric performance on On The Radar, “One Take Freestyle” went viral, generating tens of millions of streams across platforms and approaching 500k units sold. The Kodak Black-featuring remix has generated over 100 million streams, spent more than a month on YouTube’s Trending Chart, and is currently the walk-up anthem for Los Angeles Dodgers superstar Mookie Betts. 1900Rugrat is currently on tour with BossMan Dlow on the “Dlow Curry Tour,” which stopped in Los Angeles for Rolling Loud California, and continues before concluding with a raucous show in Jacksonville on April 26th.

Born in Limestone Creek, a diverse enclave in Palm Beach County, 1900Rugrat worked tirelessly to hone his rhyme talent until he could compete in a crowded Florida rap scene. Flashing his ability to go crazy on any instrumental, 19 dropped a steady stream of freestyles, gaining traction over beats with samples of artists as diverse as Lil Uzi Vert, Alicia Keys, and Nancy Sinatra. The rapper’s made a major impact when he appeared on On The Radar, where he performed “One Take Freestyle,” racking up 2.8 million views and going viral on social media. Since then, 19 has grown his social and streaming audience by massive multiples, and scored follow-up hits like “Clean + Dirty” (4 million YouTube views), “Dead Cracka” ft. BLP Kosher, and the viral “Auntie Ain’t Playin” ft. Skrilla (over 70 million views on TikTok). Most recently, 1900Rugrat earned Hip-Hop Rookie of the Month status from Billboard, after being recognized as an “Artist To Watch” by The New York Times, who praised his “unpredictable rhyme choices” and his “preposterous punchlines,” last month.

With Porch 2 The Pent out now, 1900Rugrat is primed to take over the game. Stay tuned for much more from this electric talent in the near future.
