Video: BossMan Dlow – “Talk My Sh*t

The Port Salerno Stepper Meets With Deion Sanders, Shadeur Sanders, and the Colorado Buffaloes, and Pays Tribute to the TikTok Creators That Made His Mr Beat The Road Highlight a Viral Smash

Critical Praise:

“Dlow’s reckless, turnt-up anthems about chasing the bag and upgrading your lifestyle can feel damn near spiritual…The static mainstream rap landscape could use a voice who actually makes you want to crank the volume all the way up.” – Pitchfork

“Dlow motivates listeners with his work hard, play hard mentality stacking paper and getting fly to floss on the competition. (“You wanna be a boss, you gotta pay the price,” he raps on “Get In With Me.”) And he isn’t apologizing for his making recent waves in the industry, either, breaking through after pounding on rap’s door seeking entry since 2019 (“I’m trying to step on they throat — ya hear me”).”Billboard

“BossMan Dlow’s time to shine is now. His impeccable swagger, conversational cadence and booming baritone voice have allowed his breakthrough hit “Get In With Me” to amass 16 million Spotify streams in the two months since its January release and earned him his first spot on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart.”XXL

“It’s hard to go anywhere in South Florida without hearing the 25-year-old born Devante McCreary’s music. That’s in large part due to “Get in With Me,” a heavy bass-laden track eleased in mid-January that has since transformed into a viral, TikTok sensation. Stars – from Lil Baby to Ciara to even hometown heroes like Plies – are beginning to notice yet as his career continues to take him across the country.” – Miami Herald

“The Florida native’s music is birthed from the same atmosphere as cut-throat unforgiving records from Rob49, Real Boston Richey, EST Gee, and others. In the end, BossMan Dlow excels thanks to a simple message to listeners that live as both lyrics for ‘Get In With Me’ and a mantra for his artistry: ‘You wanna be a boss? You gotta pay the price.'”UPROXX

The Video:

BossMan Dlow‘s infectious confidence has made him a magnet for viral hits. Today, the red hot Florida rapper shares a video for his latest trending smash, “Talk My Sh*t.” A highlight from his fast-selling mixtape Mr Beat The Road, “Talk My Sh*t” became a huge hit on TikTok, as creators found over 560k inventive uses for his earworm bars: “Wrist piece on bling-glow, neck piece on blizzard, baby/I throw some ones, baby, you do that dance on me/I’ll throw a thousand more, keep shakin’ that ass on me/Young n**** riding around with a…yeah/Young n**** riding around, 50 thousand cash on me.” The song’s success on the platform propelled it to #3 on Billboard’s TikTok Top 50 chart.

The new video provides a glimpse inside BossMan Dlow’s high-flying lifestyle. In between sold out shows and bumping club dates, the 25-year-old rapper flies to Boulder, Colorado to rendezvous with Coach Prime himself, Deion Sanders, and the star quarterback Shadeur Sanders. Dlow mixes it up with the Buffaloes, practicting his Oklahoma drill and rocking a Shadeur Sanders #2 jersey that the QB gifted to Dlow himself. The video also pays tribute to the TikTok creators who helped make the song a hit, showing split screens of some of Dlow’s favorite videos using his song. “Talk My Sh*t” quickly follows the release of the video for “Obama Runtz,” a collaboration with fellow Floridian Wizz Havinn.

“Talk My Sh*t” continues a winning streak for BossMan Dlow that started with his Billboard Hot 100-charting breakout hit “Get In With Me,” recently elevated to #1 on Urban Radio and certified GOLD by the RIAA, and most recently produced “Finesse” (Remix) ft. GloRilla, which topped Billboard’s Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart. “Get In With Me” and “Talk My Sh*t” are highlights from Mr Beat The Road, Dlow’s new mixtape, which debuted at #20 on the Billboard 200 after racking up 37.3M total streams (24.4k units sold) in its first week.

The 17-track mixtape gets the most out of Dlow’s massive charisma, painting a picture of Dlow’s whip-swerving, hard-trapping, rack-stacking lifestyle. He is a master of the unexpected punchline, building anticipation with his elastic flow before subverting them with an sly flex or out-of-pocket pronouncement. Notable among the mixtape’s tracks are the viral single “Mr Pot Scraper” (16 million views on its official video alone), the seductive Sexyy Red collaboration “Come Here” (which peaked at #17 on Billboard’s TikTok Top 50 chart) and the furious Rob49 duet “Lil Bastard.” Mr Beat The Road is available everywhere via Alamo Records.

About BossMan Dlow:

After building a strong local fanbase in his region, BossMan Dlow broke through with “Get In With Me,” the first viral rap smash of 2024 that peaked at #49 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song went viral after Dlow performed it on Jacksonville, Florida freestyle series Kreepin Through The Streetz and continued to build grassroots momentum upon its official release, generating over 86k creates on TikTok, and trending on YouTube with a still image video. Weeks later, “Get In With Me” has grown from an internet hit to an IRL problem–it currently ranks in the top ten of Apple Music’s All-Genre Chart, after peaking at #1 last month, and sits at #8 on Shazam’s U.S. Top 200. During Super Bowl Weekend, players from the Kansas City Chiefs turned up to the song in the locker room after winning their second straight championship. The video for “Get In With Me” has more than 20 million views, and the song now averages over 10 million streams per week, with over 75 million all-platform streams to date.

BossMan Dlow followed “Get In With Me” with the equally fiery follow-up single “Mr Pot Scraper.” First shared as a From The Block performance, “Mr Pot Scraper” went viral on socials, racking up over 2.5 million views in less than two weeks, and reaching the Top 5 of YouTube’s Trending Chart for Music. “Mr Pot Scraper” racked up over 5 million streams in its first week of official release, and trended at #3 on YouTube with its official music video. “Mr. Pot Scraper” reached the top ten of Billboard’s Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart.

Born and raised in Port Salerno, a city on Florida’s Atlantic coast north of West Palm Beach, Bossman Dlow emerged in late 2023 as one of the burgeoning Florida street scene’s most exciting voices. Before “Get In With Me,” the 25-year-old rapper finished 2023 on a high note with 2 Slippery, Dlow’s first release for Alamo Records, which racked up over 2 million streams on Apple Music in its first week, reaching #15 on the platform’s Hip-Hop Albums chart and #32 on the All-Genre Albums chart. The rising star has been gaining steady momentum–last week, he generated over 50 million streams on his catalog.

With multiple hits on his hands and the world in his sights, Bossman Dlow is ready for stardom. Stay tuned, Mr Beat The Road is just the beginning.
