The culmination of a five-year rise from underground sensation to mainstream star, Lil Durk pulled out all the stops for Signed To The Streets 3, his new album. Adding a new guest verse to a highlight from the album, Lil Durk shares “Don’t Talk To Me” (Remix). The second track on the project, produced by Chopsquad DJ and Wheezy and featuring ad-libs and a standout verse from Gunna, “Don’t Talk To Me” is a vicious missive against Durk’s haters: “I can’t get enough of it, all of this jealousy/I had a petty bitch, you can do better things,” sings Durk in the chorus. For the remix, Lil Durk recruits Juice WRLD, a fellow Chicago rapper whose debut project Goodbye and Good Riddance is one of the biggest rap albums of the year. With a refined melodic approach heavily influenced by Durk, Juice WRLD is a natural fit over the beat, providing an excellent counter-melody to Durk’s chorus. Featuring additional guest spots from Future Kevin Gates, Ty Dolla $ign, Kodak Black, Lil Skies, and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Signed to the Streets 3 released last Friday via Alamo/Interscope, and peaked at #3 on Apple Music’s all-genre album streaming charts over the weekend.

A continuation of a series that began with Durk’s 2013 breakout mixtape Signed to the Streets, released when he was 21-years-old, Signed To The Streets 3 is a coronation for Lil Durk, affirming his position as a major rap star and confirming his influence on a new generation of melodic street rappers. Drawing guests from across hip-hop’s generational and geographical spectrum, Durk welcomes them all into his world in STTS 3, providing stark perspectives of street life with a strong emotional center, enhanced by Durk’s superlative sense of melody.
