Critical Praise for Hoodrich Pablo Juan:
“Nine out of ten rap fans seem to agree: Hoodrich Pablo Juan is up next.” – Complex
“HoodRich Pablo Juan should be Atlanta’s next up.” – Stereogum
The Video:
Well-known for his nimble, soft-spoken flow and his hard-as-nails lyrics, HoodRich Pablo Juan is the next heir to the trap throne. Passion of the Weiss hailed HoodRich Pablo Juan as “Atlanta’s Next Rap Star,” as Stereogum said “HoodRich Pablo Juan should be Atlanta’s next up.” Today, HoodRich Pablo Juan is sharing the leaned-out visual for “God Damn,” the Zaytoven-produced track from Designer Drugz 3. In the GTFilms-directed visual, Pablo Juan lives his best life, hanging with the finest women he’s dreamed of while sipping lean atop his new whip.
Released via 1017 Records, Designer Drugz 3 has HoodRich Pablo Juan holding his own with some of the most accomplished members of ATL’s A-List. Featuring Gucci Mane, Lil Uzi Vert, Lil Yachty, Migos, MadeinTYO, Playboi Carti, Chief Keef, TK Kravitz, and others, along with production from Metro Boomin, Zaytoven, Nard & B, Cassius Jay, DJ Spinz, Honorable C-Note and more, Designer Drugz 3 is a non-stop collection of trap bangers, with Pablo Juan anchoring the album with his understated charisma and creative flows. Explained HoodRich Pablo Juan in a recent interview with XXL: “Guwop told me, ‘When you call it a mixtape or an album, they judge it differently.’ Judge my shit differently. This is the album. It’s gonna be the last Designer Drugz.”
A card-carrying member of the Hoodrich crew, Pablo Juan is a prolific crafter of underground anthems. Signed to Gucci Mane’s 1017 Records, Pablo Juan has already released three projects this year, including Hoodwolf the collaboration with Hoodrich producer Danny Wolf. Well-respected throughout Atlanta for his hustle and his slick-talking rhymes, Pablo Juan hit it big earlier this year with “I Can,” a woodwind-heavy trap anthem featuring standout verses from all three members of Migos, which has racked up over 3.4 million streams on Spotify and earned a placement on Rap Caviar. Designer Drugz 3 is the proper follow-up to last year’s Designer Drugz 2, which featured appearances from Quavo, Takeoff, Johnny Cinco, Rich The Kid, Skippa Da Flippa, and more.

The Background
Straight out of east Atlanta, Pablo Juan has come a long way from his humble beginnings. While his family instilled in him a strong moral code, it was his impoverished environment and the neighborhood OG’s that gave him the G code. Rapping wasn’t a part of his original life plan, but he did have a way with words and he also had a way with hustling. Combining his talents, the dapper MC churned out a string of underground anthems that caused the streets to talk and as fate would have it, Gucci Mane was one of the listeners. Now co-signed by La Flare himself on 1017 Records, the lyrical rock star is steadily building a career off of being an artist from which you never know what to expect.
